主要经历与简历：                          

（1）1999年7月至今欧洲杯买球正规平台任教，副教授；

（2）2000年7月－2000年9月作为高级科学家公派至美国Huntsman公司设在比利时的聚氨酯研发中心进行“聚氨酯材料”方面的科学研究；

（3）2001年7月获上海市青年科技启明星，2004年获上海市教委优秀青年教师。

 

主要从事聚氨酯材料、高分子合成和胶黏剂等方面的研究。作为项目负责人主持了国家科技部、国家教育部、上海市科委、上海市经信委以及一些国际公司如“陶氏化学公司”、“杜邦公司”、“美国空气与化学公司”和“美国亨斯曼公司” 和国内公司等资助的项目。在特殊聚酯和聚醚多元醇、聚氨酯胶粘剂、水性聚氨酯材料、汽车座椅革材料、吸音与隔热用聚氨酯复合材料等方面均取得较好的研究成果，且这些研究成果均已经转化为生产力。现主要从事生物基聚氨酯、阻燃高分子和新型嵌段聚合物合成等方面的研究。

主要研究方向：                          

（1）聚氨酯材料；（2）阻燃剂的设计及应用；（3）胶黏剂；（4）高分子分子设计。
 
主要社会兼职：                          

（1）上海市粘结协会理事；

（2)“中国胶黏剂”期刊编委；

（3）“粘接”期刊编委。
